Her work spans transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, and reentry-focused programs, where she has reduced barriers to housing, strengthened long-term stability, and built trusted community partnerships. As Land Together’s Reentry Housing Coordinator, Pilar brings a hands-on, people-first approach grounded in dignity, advocacy, and accountability, with a focus on expanding housing access for justice-impacted individuals and supporting successful, long-term reintegration into the community.
